Our goal is to provide quality shipping and delivery services. Usually, we ship most products from China to your address by air. But please note: air transportation is not a fixed mode of transportation. We will choose the appropriate mode of transportation based on your delivery address, the size and weight of the goods, etc. For example, some beds or chairs with larger volume and weight will be shipped by sea. Of course, if you need a faster mode of transportation, you can also choose air transportation, but the freight will be borne by you.

When will My Order be Processed?

We currently ship from China, and will set up a local warehouse in the United States in the future. During holidays and sales seasons, we will allow extra time to process your order.
Orders will be processed within 2-6 business days after the order date, and we will ship the next day after the processing date if there are no special circumstances. Generally, you should receive a tracking confirmation email within 2-5 business days after the order is fully processed to track your order status. Generally, the overall delivery time since the order is received is 10-25 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How will My Order be Shipped?

All our orders will be shipped by carriers such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. for final delivery.

Possible Reasons for Shipping Delays:

Shipping Costs:

Currently, our products have three shipping methods: standard delivery (air freight) for light and small products, standard delivery (sea freight) for heavy or large products, and expedited delivery (air freight) for heavy or large products.

Standard delivery for light and small products (7 - 15 working days): free delivery.
Standard delivery for heavy or large products (25-40 working days): free delivery.
Expedited delivery for heavy or large products (10 - 20 working days): the shipping fee is charged according to the actual weight (kg) of the product.

Expedited delivery fee details: We will add an expedited delivery (air freight) option for those products that need to be shipped by sea on the product details page so that customers can choose the appropriate shipping method

Please note: US delivery areas exclude Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).

If I Order More Than One Item, Will It Be Shipped Simultaneously?

We try to make sure all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are available depending on the product. You will receive a shipping notification email once your item has been shipped.

Do I Need to Pay Duties and Taxes?

The prices shown on our website are in US dollars, which means you may need to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order.
Once your order reaches its final destination, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged, which will be determined by your local customs office.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged a fee at a different exchange rate than quoted on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policy. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any fees that your bank or card issuer may charge you. For more details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Prices on our store are displayed in your local currency, but will be displayed in USD when you check out. All transactions will be processed in USD via Paypal or Stripe on the checkout page.

Can I Change the Shipping Address After My Package Has Been Dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipments once the product is on the way, if you need to change the shipping location of your order, please contact us at service@nienbam.com or the online chatbot within 24 hours of placing the order.

Notes:

1. We apologize if your order is stuck in customs, returned, or even lost during delivery! Please contact our support team at service@nienbam.com to ask if you need a refund or replacement order.
2. If the package is lost or cannot be found due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss is the customer's own responsibility. Antizer will not replace the order or refund.
3. If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to collect it in time, the loss caused is the customer's own responsibility.

Order Cancellation

All orders placed on our website can be cancelled before shipment. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full amount according to your payment procedures. However, for orders that are already in transit or processed, we unfortunately cannot cancel these orders.
